DHC Capital partner David Chew chaired a panel on “Singapore's "Turbo-Charged" Scheme of Arrangement Regime” at the Singapore Insolvency Conference 2026 held on 20 October 2026 at the Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay in Singapore.
Panel members included, Ismail Noordin (Ashurst Perkins Coie), Joshua Taylor (Managing Director, Alvarez & Marsal) and Lauren Tang (Managing Partner, Virtus Law LLP).
The panel explored the transactions to date, lessons learned from past transactions and what’s next for schemes in Singapore.
