SooChow CSSD Capital Markets (Asia) Pte Ltd (“SCCM”) is a subsidiary of Soochow Securities Co., Ltd. (“Soochow Securities”). SCCM is an investment bank with a focus on South-East Asian emerging growth companies which covers key Asian emerging markets, including Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia.
Soochow Securities is a Chinese financial services firm founded in 1993. Soochow Securities was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2011 and has over 2,500 employees. Soochow Securities provides a full range of financial services, including securities brokerage, asset management, investment banking and investment consulting services in China. Soochow Securities has 16 branches in China and 6 subsidiaries holding various licenses in asset management, futures, securities and venture capital. In 2015, Soochow Securities also established the first asset management company directly set up by a Chinese brokerage firm in Singapore approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission.
