DHC Capital Partner and Founder David Chew has been appointed as CFO of Ryobi Kiso Holdings Ltd (SGX: BDN). This is the first appointment of a restructuring professional to an executive or interim management role by a company that has filed for a Court supervised restructuring process under Singapore’s new legislative provisions (Section 211).
